2.  Understand the Vision of Core Impact

• Purpose
• Values
• Experiential Elements

3.  Identify a Leadership Team

• Director
• Administrator
• Trainer
• Host

4.  If Possible, Experience Core Impact

Send your Leadership Team to participate in a Core Impact in another district. This will help shape your Core Impact, as well as create enthusiasm with members of the team.

5.  Site Location

Determine best location. Consider the following factors:

• Potential size of group
• Hosting facilities such as church, hotel, or retreat center
• Potential ministry sites and opportunities

6.  Budget

• Work with your Core Impact Team to set budget
• Plan for all expenses such as facility, food, transportation, training materials, honorariums, and administrative costs

7.  Publicity

• Publicize early (at least 4 months out) to build excitement and awareness within your district.
• Work with the Alliance Youth Office to promote your Core Impact on the Alliance Youth website.

8.  Organize Your Conference

• Plan out your schedule
• Arrange leaders for worship, training, special services, etc.
• Prayerfully choose ministry sites

9.  Begin Registration

• Distribute registration materials
• Set registration deadline at least three weeks prior to Core Impact so you have adequate "last minute" planning time
