Haitian women planned on attending since the flyer came out and have been saving $1.00/week.  Grandmas were recruited to babysit so moms could attend.


A woman from Ohio came depleted physically, spiritually and emotionally and found that Jesus met her every need.  In the early morning prayer time she prayed with two Hmong women and learned that all three were trusting the Lord for the same needs. They prayed blessing on one another and agreed to hold one another accountable.


The opportunities for meeting other women of different backgrounds were countless: eating together at meal times, praying together in the early morning prayer time, waiting for food, and lingering in the hallways.


Many commented on the blessing of the diversity in social backgrounds, country of birth and age; yet all were united in worshipping together!


A young woman from Georgia found Linda Dillow’s teaching on marriage to be liberating and by God’s grace was able to break a personal stronghold in her life!
